Whether you want to modify an existing heirloom, create a matching set, design a bespoke engagement ring, or simply desire something personal and one-of-a-kind, we’re happy to help. We have an exceptional team of artisans who will walk you through every step of the process. The design process can vary slightly depending on the project, but here is a general idea of what you can expect.
Upon receiving this completed form, our dedicated design team will reach out to you via email. This team will review your ideas and any inspiration pictures you may have. This is where we create the baseline of your design. We’ll discuss metal selection, gemstones, measurements, and the overall look and feel. We will tailor your design to your budget and discuss more exact time frames.
Once we have a general baseline and quote approved, we require a deposit to begin any work. After the deposit is made, we can create a more thorough design mock up. Depending on the project, this can be a sketch, photo, video, or computer design. Custom work typically takes 2 to 8 weeks, but time frames may vary. Once the project is completed, the final balance is due before shipping. Every finished piece goes through a meticulous inspection process to make sure it is the highest quality and meets our Kimiya standards.
